Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves on having products which are of the highest quality. We have spent a long time on the Formulations, Design and Development of our products so that they not only meet our customers high expectations but also our own.

However, in the unlikely event that you feel the product isn’t as expected and you wish to return it, please read our Returns Policy below and refer to the Returns Process as follows:

1. Check Returns Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original order date.
  • We do not offer refunds on goods unless they are deemed to be faulty or they are the wrong product(s) sent by mistake. Item(s) must be unopened and/or in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we do not refund items that have been opened, unless they are deemed faulty.
  • Item(s) must be accompanied by the completed PaintGlow™ Returns Form. This can be downloaded here.
  • Item(s) must be returned via a Trackable Shipping method with delivery confirmation.
  • We only offer refunds for items that have been purchased directly from our website. For items purchased from other stockists, please contact them for further information concerning your returns.

2. Complete the Returns Form

The PaintGlow™ Returns Form can be downloaded here. Please fill it in completely and include it along with the item(s) being returned in the Return Package.

3. Pack up the Item/Items

Your return(s) should be neatly packaged. Please make sure the Return Address is clearly visible and do not forget to include the completed Returns Form.

4. Post it back to PaintGlow™

Returns Shipping Cost

We do not refund the cost of shipping on any return items unless the item is damaged, faulty, or has been an administrative error on our behalf. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.

Processing Times

Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receiving the item(s). During peak seasons, most notably September and October, this may take up to 5 days. Refunds will take from 2 to 7 business days after your return has been processed, depending on the Bank/Card provider involved.

If a Refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will automatically return the item to you by the most economical shipping option possible. The service may not be tracked and is at your (the customers) risk.
